Use case · Sales outreach
Review the audience. Approve the message.
Give your agent a defined audience, offer and source material. Review the proposed message and recipient before approving a send. This is an illustrative OfficeSpace workflow in development; inbox, CRM and sending scope are confirmed at the demo.
Personalization needs a source
A relevant message needs more than a name inserted into a draft. The reviewer should be able to trace a recipient-specific claim to its source, check the offer and decide whether that person belongs in the audience. Keep the preparation step separate from permission to use the sending account.
An OfficeSpace outreach workflow
Example in development · Define the audience and approver before any live action.
01
Research
Use the approved audience and source information. Keep a reference for each fact used in the message.
02
Draft
Prepare a relevant message from the offer and brand examples. Avoid invented interests, relationships or customer claims.
03
Approve
Review the exact message, recipient and sending scope. This example requires a named person’s approval before sending.
04
Follow through
Record the observed action status and any reply separately. Name who reviews responses and decides the next step.
Example: preparing a wholesale introduction
In a hypothetical ecommerce shop selling reusable packaging, the owner supplies an approved list of local shops and a current wholesale offer. The agent prepares an introduction for one example recipient using only those sources. The owner checks the recipient, pricing and wording, then chooses whether to approve sending through an authorized tool. This example sends nothing and assumes no customer interest, reply or sale.
Keep the selected draft, approval and observed action status together. If a reply arrives later, assign a person to review it before deciding on follow-up. A send attempt is not evidence of a reply or a successful sale.

Before you approve outreach
- Confirm the audience, permitted contact rules and recipient identity.
- Check the offer and recipient-specific statements against their sources.
- Review the exact message version, sender account and follow-up scope.
- Name the approver and confirm tool permissions before a sending action.
- Decide how to inspect action status and who handles a reply or exception.
- If the outreach leads to a paid campaign, see ad creative and spending approvals.
