Terms of Service

By visiting this website, authorizing 77os on a social platform, or using 77os from an OS tenant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not authorize the app and do not use the connector.

If you are using 77os on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business and to authorize the social accounts you connect.

77systems is a software brand operated by Jared McAdam in Santa Monica, California, United States. These terms do not claim that 77systems is a registered LLC, corporation, or other legal entity, and they do not invent a tax identification number.

These terms cover:

• 77os — OAuth, token storage, platform API calls, and publishing evidence for OS tenants
• Related support, privacy, and deletion handling

Foundation is named on the homepage. Grok Bot templates are a separate 77systems product line listed at /templates (footer link from the homepage). Launch listings may be Free and require Grok Bot; they are not a paid self-serve storefront under these terms until we say otherwise.

This website is documentation and company presence. Published rates on the homepage are for operator OS work booked through a demo — not a self-serve store or checkout.

77os is a business publishing connector. It is not a consumer social network, not a password collector, and not an advertising audience tool. It does not request Direct Message or inbox scopes.

The OS tenant initiates connections, holds approval workflows, and displays evidence. 77os performs OAuth, stores tokens for that connection, calls platform APIs, and returns results. You remain responsible for the content you approve and for complying with each platform’s rules.

Connecting a Pinterest, TikTok, X, Facebook, or Instagram account is consent for 77os to act within the scopes shown on that platform’s consent screen. You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to administer.

You may revoke the app in the platform’s settings at any time. Revocation stops new API calls. You should still request deletion so we can remove stored tokens, as described on the data deletion page.

OAuth redirect URIs are registered on the live OS host. This website origin is the company, privacy, and terms URL — not necessarily the callback origin.

You may not use 77os or this website to:

• Violate law or a platform’s developer or user terms
• Publish content you do not have the right to publish, including another person’s account without authority
• Probe, scrape, or overload the connector, this site, or a connected platform beyond ordinary use
• Attempt to extract tokens, credentials, or other users’ data
• Misrepresent 77os as a consumer social app, or as certified (SOC 2, ISO, or similar) when it is not

Pinterest, TikTok, X, Facebook, and Instagram are independent services. Their terms, policies, and API rules apply to your use of those platforms. If those rules conflict with how you want to use 77os, the platform rules control for activity on that platform.

We may suspend a connection if a platform requires it, if we believe a connection is compromised, or if continued use would violate these terms or applicable law.

How we handle tokens, account metadata, publishing records, and requests is described in the Privacy Policy. Those practices are part of how the service is offered.

The 77systems name, the 77os name, and the contents of this website are owned by the operator unless otherwise noted. Platform names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe integrations.

You retain your rights in content you supply. You grant 77os a limited license to transmit that content to the platforms you authorized, and to keep the evidence record described in the Privacy Policy.

The website and 77os are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free publishing, or that a platform will accept every post. Support response times on the Support page are operating targets, not a contractual SLA.

Coming-soon products named on the homepage are not warranted and may change or never ship.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of 77systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from the website or 77os.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to 77os or this website is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for 77os in the three months before the claim, if any, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

You will defend and indemnify the operator against claims arising from content you publish through 77os, accounts you connect without authority, or your violation of these terms or a platform’s terms.

You may stop using 77os by disconnecting accounts in the OS, revoking the app on each platform, and requesting deletion. We may suspend or end a connection or access to the website if you violate these terms, if a platform requires it, or if we discontinue the product.

Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change. For operators with an active 77os connection, we will provide additional notice when a change is material. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the revised terms. The current version lives at https://www.77systems.ai/terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Los Angeles County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise for a particular person.
